A refundable holding payment equal to 1 weeks rent will secure a property whilst we await the landlord’s approval of your satisfactory references.

Please be aware, should you supply false or misleading information or withdraw from the proposed letting, through no fault of the landlord or Kirlands the holding payment may be forfeit to recover the reasonable costs of administration.

There are no tenant fees associated with your application however, during your tenancy if we need to amend and/or update the terms & conditions of the Tenancy Agreement where there has been a change in the identity of the tenant then there will be a charge of £25.00.

In the case of any unpaid rent, Interest is charged at 3% above Bank of England base rate from the date due. You’ll also be liable for the reasonable costs of replacing any lost keys. Evidence of these reasonable costs will be provided to you in writing.

Please be aware, subject to the terms & conditions of the Tenancy Agreement and any subsequent breach therein, deductions may be applied to your Deposit which is held as security for such an event.
